My appointment was canceled just 30 minutes before the scheduled time. It was extremely unprofessional, and no one was available to accommodate me despite the short notice. I had waited an entire week for this appointment, only for it to be abruptly canceled without a same day solution.

I had the most amazing experience at this super aesthetic, clean-girl vibes salon in Irvine! Brogan was my stylist, and she completely transformed my look with the best haircut I’ve ever had—I left feeling like a brand-new person. The service was exceptional; everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. The salon itself is beautiful, with such a chic and calming atmosphere. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Cindy for years and was very excited to visit this beautiful salon for my brow retouch. I live in NYC but come to see Cindy because she is simply the best. The space is welcoming and so aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The team is friendly and understands great customer service. In addition to my brow retouch with Cindy, I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Araseli. Another great service I look forward to coming back for. I just love EVERYTHING about this salon! Every artist is so incredibly talented. I’ve had my nails done by Jamee and Mimi, hair done by Monique, brows done by Cindy, lashes done by Brittany, and facial done by Mo. In preparation for a wedding, I actually had all of them working on me all at once which was the ultimate luxurious experience. The entitlement and rudeness that I was greeted with was unparalleled to any business that I’ve ever entered. I was interested to see the new business in my area, but as I attempted to enter the salon, I was forced to stand outside while they ignored me taking pictures in the entrance doorway.
