I am changing my review to 4 stars. The manager went out of her way to make things right. Kevin took care of me and did a phenomenal job! The nails are shaped well and uniform and the polish is even and goes all the way to the edges. I'm very happy with the work done and with the great customer service. I will be back amd I will ask for Kevin! I came in for a fill last night and was greatly disappointed. I wanted to try Lux because I've been there before for pedicures and had a good experience.
