My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary this past June. These guys were amazing! Very friendly and they spoke to us like we were family. Their property was gorgeous! We just wanted a little getaway and this was it. You have to put down a deposit when you reserve the place, which is typical of places like this. I was astonished by the top notch customer service and immaculate luxury suites they had available at the Beverly Hills Lux pads. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere in style and be treated like royalty. I will definitely use this place again and tell all my friends who want an 10 star treatment.
