I was disappointed when they couldn't grant me the 10% discount as Birthday because it expired 4 days ago. But other than that the lady that took care of me did a good job.
I was excited to try this place because it seemed to have good reviews but I was not too pleased when I walked out after my service. Went in for a gel manicure and was taken with Lynn. About 5-10 min into my appointment this woman (assuming now she’s a regular customer) comes in and sits in the chair next to me instead of the waiting area. UPDATE !! Called today as I couldn’t remember who did my mani- pedi last month- The woman who answered said “ I don’t have time for that”. I was shocked - Customer service skills are huge when you own a small business ( I work for a small business- I know ) . Your customers are KEY to success and as such should be treated like you at least care ?
