I came in for a gel manicure refill and still had the old red polish left on my nails from the previous set. My daughter also came in and requested a simple design, but the nail artist said she couldn’t do it. What happened to creativity and skill in the nail industry? My daughter was even open to any alternative suggestions the artist felt comfortable with, yet nothing was offered. Overall, I left very disappointed with the service.

They seem like they only really care to cater clientele they already know which just sucks as far as being newer to the area. The woman didn’t paint certain parts of my nails and didn’t pull the color all the way through. I’ve also never left a nail salon with my nails calloused either? I hate that I need to go somewhere near to fix this.

This will be my first and last time visiting this salon. I received a dip manicure, and upon getting home from the salon i noticed smudges across my pointer middle and index finger. The experience felt rushed and impersonal, when i walked up to the front to pay i was not even spoken to or given a total price. They just took my card. Not very pleased with how my nails turned out, especially for $65 before tip and unfriendly service.
