We have used LUXOR Pool for years and they have always been professional and responsive any time we have had an issue. In addition, we recently had them do a total remodel on our pool and everything went as planned and we are thrilled with the results.

I received multiple bids for my projects and chose LUXOR Pools as they were clearly more professional than the other vendors I contacted. Terry contacted me right away and was always on time for each of our meetings. He brought out product samples and made it very easy for us to make our final selections. They weren't the cheapest vendor we contacted. But we certainly don't regret selecting them. The crew did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves the way we would expect. I received a number of bids to remodel our pool and decided to go with Luxor Pool. It was the right choice. The finished pool is beautiful! Even in these troubled, supply chain times, Terry was able to get everything that was needed to get the job done. The crews he uses are professional and courteous and did a great job. My questions were all answered and my requirements were met. We wanted to put in a putting green and Terry was able to get that done as well. We hired Luxor back in June to replace the ceramic tiles on our pool and spa. Terry was very nice. However, the crew that came to do the work was not very good. For the first two hours, we had someone that could speak English, but she left. Then we were left with three young kids that couldn't speak English. Their work was less than par, and I had to explain several times that the tiles weren't aligned, etc. Lots of little problems. I hired Terry Miller at LUXOR Pool to resurface my pool in December 2020. LUXOR gave me the highest bid but their reviews were good and I wanted the best quality and didn't mind paying a bit more to get it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at the very beginning of the job as LUXOR drained our pool but left the new pump running dry for at least 3 days while we were out of town.
