My son paid $150 as a deposit in March 2020 for this bus to transport a bunch of his high school friends to the prom in April. The prom was cancelled due to COVID-19 and we have made multiple attempts to call Luxor KC to get a refund. We always get voicemail and they refuse to call us back. Now working with our credit card company to dispute the charge.
