My son paid $150 as a deposit in March 2020 for this bus to transport a bunch of his high school friends to the prom in April. The prom was cancelled due to COVID-19 and we have made multiple attempts to call Luxor KC to get a refund. We always get voicemail and they refuse to call us back. Now working with our credit card company to dispute the charge. Will never do business with this company again and wanted to warn others to stay away...if anything goes wrong, they'll keep your money and refuse to return your calls. ... read more
