I love this nail salon but they’re bad with time management. I got to my appt. and still waited 30 minutes. I got up and left realizing my nail tech. still had a lot to do. Great salon but bad with time.
Today I decided to treat myself to a self care day and get a pedicure. The guy that serviced me was extremely rough and nipped me. He went way too deep into my toenail to the point where I said that it hurts. He did apologize but still was rough throughout the pedicure. The whole experience was unpleasant. When I moved to Georgia, I found myself bouncing from nail salon to nail salon because I couldn’t find one that truly met my needs. The salon my sister and I were going to had a major issue—the polish would peel within the same week, and they’d charge $15 just to fix it. That was the last straw for her.
