This is my 3rd time going to Luxor and I must say after the first time I was hooked. I automatically knew I wanted to stay with G who was the tech that serviced me on my first appt. He was very professional and talented. Executed exactly what I wanted and provided the person that was doing my pedicure with information on how to do the Same on my toes. Went to get my nails refilled. The guy was very unprofessional talking behind my back. He didn't know what he was doing. All.my nails are uneven and crooked. I had to ask him to measure all my fingers to make them look accurate. Also, he shaved my finger down to match my other finger because it was missing a tip, and he burned my finger tip. My finger hurt and is blistered. I might have to go see my doctor tomorrow. I asked for neutral polish and they couldn't assist in finding me that color. They’re so good at designs here. She did cut the hell out of my cuticle though. Left bleeding so bad I had to put on neosporin immediately. Ask for your cuticles to be pushed back instead of snipped guys :’) ((I’ll still be. coming back tho)))

Luxor Nail Spa truly strives to satisfy their customers. I have been a customer for over a year and never had an unpleasant experience. The quality of their work is always on point. This week I was not happy with the quality of the work done on my nails. I contacted the manager who immediately addressed the issue. I left the salon pleased with the services I received.
