I visited this nail salon today and had an absolutely terrible experience. My cuticles were left severely damaged and swollen, causing me significant pain. I repeatedly told the nail tech that it hurt, but she proceeded to cut my cuticle anyway, resulting in bleeding. When I asked to see different chrome options and she applied the two I selected, she became offended and began speaking aggressively to her colleague in another language. I had a really disappointing experience here. The nail tech did a very sloppy job. She got product all over my cuticles, didn’t prep my nails properly. They tried to get the product out of my cuticles but now my cuticles are sore and damaged. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable. Some of the ladies were talking and laughing in another language while looking at me, which made me feel disrespected. DO NOT GO HERE - Caused Physical Injury and Admitted Negligence I've never left a review this strong, but the experience my daughter had here was shockingly bad and resulted in a physical injury. This isn't just a bad manicure; this is a serious safety issue. It started when my daughter was heavily pressured into getting Gel-X nails instead of the acrylics she asked for—a nearly $100 service with the tip. Within days, the Gel-X set started failing.
