Very unprofessional at this location. They seem to exhibited a lack of communication with the customers and making them wait for over 30 minutes before telling them that it will be several hours until they can start the nail service. Meanwhile their employees are not busy and cuddling on the couch
Always a wonderful experience! Ann does great designs and she’s very patient and kind!
This is the best nail salon in Hinesville… Ann does excellent work.
