I lived at Midtown Apartments in College Station (Managed by Luxor at the time) for two years. Management was terrible (Missy and Anna). Very unprofessional and not friendly or helpful in any situation. I would absolutely avoid renting through them at all costs if possible. It is just not worth it. I would not recommend to anyone. I wish i could give Anna and Missy 0 stars.

I lived at Midtown townhomes in College Station for 2 years and it was managed by Luxor at the time. The two ladies I had the most contact with were Missy and Anna. Both were very unprofessional. They never answered phone calls or emails until multiple were sent. We had our A/C go out on a Saturday in July. They said this was not an emergency situation so they would get to it the next week. Will not respond to your emails or phone calls and their office is someone's garage who has nothing to do with this management group??? Everything is super sketchy about this place. Avoid and save yourself several headaches.

The prices are very reasonable. The management is very nice when anything needed to be fixed it was fixed in a short time. I lived in the woodsman apartments for 4 years and I LOVED IT
