Their agent was so nice and communicative, we had to make modifications because of our flight delay at Newark. The chauffeur was super nice, greeted us warmly and helped us with the bags. It was an hourly reservation, so we had time to make small stops and enjoy the city before going to our hotel on the East Side. No remarks at all .
