In love with the industry and being a part of it for 10 years inspired them to open their own. We are a fairly new salon but our experience is beyond that. Never been but my bday coming.,,I'm liking what I see
I had a male technician that did not care about my nails. Rushed the entire process from start to finish. Sloppy work and then tried to overcharge me for a full set regular when they have it advertised as $27. My fill is lumpy and my paint is already chipping (less then 12 hours). Had a a technician fix what he messed up and blamed me for not stopping him in the process. I shouldn’t have to. Also the place is dirty and unorganized. Tools looked filthy and overused. Overall this place is trash and I won’t be coming back.
I WENT THERE FOR THE 1ST TIME AND THE GUY DID A SHITTY JOB.... I JUST GOT A FULL SET 2 WEEKS AGO I STOP IN THERE TODAY FOR A FILL AND HE GOT MY NAILS LOOKING LIKE THEY NEED A NEW SET ALREADY THAT HOW THICK HE GOT THEM..... HE DIDN'T FILE THEM AFTER HE APPLIED THE ACRYLIC HE DIDN'T BUFF THEM HE DID A RUSH JOB NOW I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP TO GET THEM DONE RIGHT.... THAT'S WHAT I GET FOR TRYING TO GO CLOSER TO HOME..... THE SHOP ITSELF IS NICE
I go once a month it's a nice environment no drama. They always hook me up. When one of my tips came off he did my overlay free. They make sure Im satisfied before I leave. In and out. From other reviews I have read they make this place sound shoddy and dirty and neither is true it's always clean all the techs are friendly even those who don't speak English
Ms.Jay did and Awesome job!!! Will definitely be going back and asking for her.
Although my first visit there was exceptional, but my second visit was not at all the lady that did my pedicure did a rush job on my feet and with a pink color that's ugly
