Don't even think about coming to this place. I've noticed all the good reviews however I think this company is going down. I've heard such great things about the cars, service, and professionalism of the staff. I didn't see any of that with the exception of beautiful cars in the lot. I cant understand why a company with such a high reputation online would treat its customer in a disrespectful manner and not help my family out. I hate used car dealers - Until I found Luxor! I had visited the Mercedes dealer and several other places and I wasn't happy with their selection or quality of cars. I found the exact car I wanted within 5 minutes of walking on the lot and they got me a great rate and their service was the best I've seen in a long time. Lisa and Aaron in financing were amazing. I won't go anywhere else!!
Bought a really nice used Jaguar from Luxor Auto Group in Scottsdale today, and was really pleased with the dealership and its people. First class operation, nice vehicles, fair prices, and people who went out of their way to help our search for a nice Jag from the moment I first spoke with Travis on phone before visiting dealer.
