I have been buying cars from the Luxor Auto Group for over ten years. I hadn't purchased one from the,m in a few years but i must say, both myself and my fiance just purchased vehicles from them and they really went the extra mile for us and we couldn't be happier. Thanks guy, great job!
My fiance purchased car from Luxor Auto in Mesa and found it to be a very poor choice. No only did they try and hide the fact that the tires were bald and the jack was missing but we found the a/c had issues, the brakes squealed and they tried to get out of fixing these issues before the 15 day warranty was up. When you are buying a used car do NOT go to Luxor Auto, they will lie to you and you will end up with much less than you paid for.
They broke my wheel while doing a simple brake job. The master mechanic has no clue how to fix an a/c. He called me with mechanical questions.The sales person, Dustin, is dishonest, which clearly is passed on from the manager/owner Fahad. Who has taken no responsibility for the $400 broken wheel. I am supposed to take the vehicle in to have the a/c worked on again, but they already had it for 4 days for a 2 hour job, and still couldn't do it. Luxor claims to provide a comprehensive 110-point inspection. However, since purchasing the car (a 2002 Audi) several months ago, I have had to replace everything from the transission to timing belt to brakes to - well, you get the picture. I never dreamed that a 110-point inspection would result in $8000 in repairs only six months later.
