Great admin team. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. As an agent, my transactions are very smooth and have price of mind.
Very frustrating experience... I gave the offer on condo in Burnaby which was accepted. I paid deposit to the real estate agency, and brought cheque for full amount of money that we agreed on to my lawyer. Deal collapsed, because seller has a multiple liens on this property, which are exceeded the actual value. Now the Seller who is physically in China, refuses to sign the paper to release my deposit.
