Went in to get my Gel X off that was left on my nails. Three nails were already removed. I just wanted to let my nails breathe so didn’t want them painted just cut to equal length and cuticles removed, no paint. I was charged for removal and full manicure for $50 and my nails are uneven, looks like I ripped my nails off myself, felt rushed and overpriced for a simple service.
Mia is the best! I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and she never disappoints. I get builder gel & it has strengthened my nails a lot. She also does a great pedicure! She’s detailed, takes her time, and pays attention to the little things I request. I’ve tried a few different spots in the North End and am so glad I found Mia here. She’s also always so sweet and makes it a very relaxing experience.
So bad at dip manicures. This was AFTER going back and complaining about my nails looking too thick. The day I got them done I had said she did way too many coats and she didn’t care she said “that’s how we do them so they stay on longer”. I then went back the next day because I was very unhappy with my nails and they all spoke to each other staring at me for 10 minutes and then were very rude and made me feel very bad for even going back in. I called and made an appointment. They don’t really take appointments FYI. I watched them answer the phone but never write anything down. I ended up waiting an hour and a half! I would have left but I was leaving on vacation the next day and had no choice. The girl I ended up getting was so rude and did a bad job. She also never used the hot towel, or put lotion on at the end of manicure. SO BAD. Don’t waste your money. They were rude and unprofessional.
