Great hair I just needed customer service number and still havent got it
Great people. Quality product.
I ordered there largest brush set, I have a very important wedding coming up where I do the brides and her best friends makeup and I wanted new brushes for it. My fiance called and stressed that I needed it by Wednesday and I ordered it on a Sunday. The rep we spoke too had it shipped Monday morning; 2 day priority shipping, I am so grateful for their understanding and kindness. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
The brushes themselves are just great. They're very good quality, cruelty free, synthetic,soft and beautiful. Luxie's customer service is on another level. USPS messed up my delivery because their tracking system sucks and they really are no help, probably because they've messed up on so many other people's deliveries that they're always busy helping them out.
