I feel uneducated to use these next few words about management/ front desk team, but they are complete trash. They don’t do anything to help and don’t respond at a timely manner . Is there anyone who could help? Anytime I have a question or concern they make me feel like a huge inconvenience.
i don't where to start i had the worst experience while visiting the compound the only helpful person here was your maintenance team. the lady's at the front desk extremely rude and un helpful. if this is the kins of service i received as a guest what attention would i get as renter..
The property itself is nice and they’re great at selling it. Onboarding new tenants is not a strength. Information is not consolidated in one convenient place. For example, they gave me my mailbox key but didn’t tell me the box number. They didn’t tell me the pin-code for the package drop or guests. I’m guessing the pool gates have a code, but they haven’t shared that. During my first couple weeks I left multiple phone messages but was never called back.
