Nancy is amazing 🤩
I had a 2:00pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 2:40. A short delay of 10–15 minutes is understandable, but 40 minutes is excessive and defeats the purpose of booking an appointment. If there isn’t availability, appointments shouldn’t be scheduled. I would have happily booked for another day if I had been told about the delay when I checked in—but that didn’t happen.
Annie is the best! Every wear I go I get nothing but compliments. Keep up the good work.
