Truly the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with John ( he had good reviews). When I arrived John did the pedicure while a young woman did the manicure at the same time. Not what I requested. During the manicure, she drilled into my cuticle and caused a bad injury to my thumb. She doused it with some kind of disinfectant which caused severe pain. The drill she was using appeared dusty. I question whether she was using a drill which had been disinfected. After ... read more
