I lived here for over 2 years with no issues. Yesterday my AC went out and is still not fixed. It is currently 90 degrees in my apartment. The manager made it very clear that she is throwing a pool party so our AC issue is not her concern. When we told her that yes it is, she then started SCREAMING at my husband that there is nothing they can do, they have no ETA, and that her pool party trumps all. 1/13/2023 Update: The property was sold to RPM management “Luxia” from Royalton and it’s WORSE. The gate is always broken. They hardly ever pick up the trash for days, so the hallways smell like a dump. The elevator is always beeping or broken. There’s always a random leak in the hallways. The phone service is HORRIBLE, and they can’t do anything about it. Most of the schools don’t have a bus route, and they probably won’t tell you the building is split between high schools dependent upon the side of the building you live on... read more
The staff has terrible email etiquette and customer service in general. It's so unfortunate, because it's a nice community. The units are really small and the pool usually isn't clean in summer, but it's nice. The staff has changed constantly. There is only one person in the office who was there when I first moved in 13 months ago. She's the worst with customer service and they somehow promoted her to assistant manager.
