EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was attempting to reschedule my appointment to the next day and they charged me the full amount of service and specifically told me they were choosing too. $60 charge for just trying to change my appointment & keep in mind, Ive never had to cancel before. Person on the phone was extremely rude.

I got a gel manicure on April 4th, which means today literally makes one week and one day and the nail polish is turning yellow and I already have a chipped nail. I had stopped going to Luxi years ago because the gel manicure wasn't lasting as long but I said let me give it another try and it's just as bad or worse because I'm not sure why the polish is turning yellow.
