Normally a pretty good experience. I go here mainly for the lux pedicures and appreciate the additional massage and treatments (which you definitely pay for). I have preferred this salon because of the ability to make appointments online. HOWEVER, I am not sure how well they really check the appointments when confirming them. I made an appointment for Sunday, left my newborn home for one of the first times and got all ready/drove out, only for the salon to be closed. I have come in For plenty of pedicures before and have not had any issues until today. I was in there for a total of 30 minutes or less. I usually get the deluxe pedicure but i was not asked about it like normal. The technician spent less than 5 minutes total on the heel exfoliating,leg exfoliating and massage for both legs, literally spent like 60 seconds rubbing the lotion in and that was it. Granddaughters and friend 13, 13 and 5 and my daughters. They went for the price you pay and the nails they got very dissatisfied not good not good at all. Now looking at other reviews I will not allow my daughters to take family here again. Hopefully others read these reviews before they go. Sounds like same guy did my granddaughters nails.
