Monticello building, Moved in to an apartment that hadn't had the floors professionally cleaned, maintenance on the building is incredibly lacking. There were two abandoned strollers in the back parking lot for a month and, when I called to say something about them, the person I spoke with said they'd seen them and had questions (why not just remove something that is obviously garbage?). Amanda who rated a 1 was AT LEAST NOTIFIED HER FLOOR HAD BEDBUGS. The former unit occupied by an aquaintance of mine, I met him when he moved in. After HE moved out I told him that the two units on either side of him got bed bugs! He said yeah I had them there... Wait... I didnt get them nor did the other unit on the north side. So we the neighbors were never notified of bedbugs on this floor. After speaking to the remaining neighbors... Neither notified of pests on their floor.
