I have had a great experience living in Crown Court 2. The building is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable. The rent has been fair and has not increased unexpectedly, which I appreciate. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, which makes a big difference. The property manager is responsive and professional.
Elijah is the best. Very friendly and willing to work with you. Luxford is a great place to live. Very peaceful.
Monticello building, Moved in to an apartment that hadn't had the floors professionally cleaned, maintenance on the building is incredibly lacking. There were two abandoned strollers in the back parking lot for a month and, when I called to say something about them, the person I spoke with said they'd seen them and had questions (why not just remove something that is obviously garbage?).
