I had a great experience with Ellie. She was incredibly patient, took time to explain each step, and made me feel really comfortable. Her consultation was thoughtful and thorough, and I really appreciated how clear and caring she was throughout. Overall, a really positive visit. I would definitely recommend.
Got me in last minute, was very kind and knowledgeable!
Specifically booked for a blowout. And ended up getting my hair straightened, even showed the lady a picture of how i wanted my blowout to be. And after 30 of my appointment, she said oh you are done, no styling, literal straight and was told that i have very thick and dry hair and can’t style them. I told her that i do it at home with Shark and the response was then do it at home. This was me visiting them for the first time and was the worst experience!! I will never be going there ever!!

She is professional, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, healthy-looking hair.
