Came in for the same services and was charged extra today
I came here cause of the good reviews to only find myself in a dirty old establishment. I didn’t care since I thought I would get a nice set of nails. I had a nail break the same day. A second nail broke 2 days later. All of my nails are lifting! Such a mess. I would drive back for them to fix but I’m forty minutes away.
Everything was fine until the nail techs rushed your acrylics or pedicure because they got busy. If I came at an appropriate time and it was not busy, there is no need to rush my acrylics because the next client doesn’t want to wait, and you rather rush and leave my nails bumpy, uneven, and crooked because you don’t want to miss out on a client… very disappointed in this because I shouldn’t have to pay for sloppy work because they want to rush to avoid making people wait. It’s a walk-in nail salon; you have to wait.
