Very friendly team, I like the car, but man, the prior owner of the car I bought was not very gentle on it at all. Was supposed to have a year left of factory warranty, but I tried to get something fixed at the BMW dealer (blurry side view mirror) and come to find out the warranty was voided for modifications/tuning. I asked if it had been tuned before I bought it and was told no. I recently visited Luxen Auto to check out a car, and although I didn't end up purchasing, I had an exceptional experience thanks to Chris. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. While I didn't fall in love with the car this time, Chris will definitely be the first person I call when I decide on what I want. Highly recommend working with him!
