We purchased a year ago as the project was under construction. Like all construction, there were many delays and our closing was 2-3 months beyond the projected dates, but within the contractual limits. BUT the communication of those delays and schedules was sorely lacking, and the sales team was remiss in returning emails and providing status updates.
