We purchased tiles from the recent Perth Home Show and waited several weeks for them to arrive. The tiles were loaded directly onto our ute in the warehouse, so we had no opportunity to inspect them before leaving. When we unpacked them at home, we discovered an entire box of tiles was broken. The supplier has offered to replace the box, but only if we drive an hour each way to collect it ourselves. They also suggested we keep the broken tiles.
