The staff is very nice. But the doctor is going to schedule as many appointments and labs as possible to “manage” your health and increase their billing. I believed in the “plan” for 14 months until the plan ended up at the exact same medicine and dosage I had come to the practice with, and no symptoms were better or different. In fact, the dosages and medicines ended up causing totally new health issues. I wasted so much time and money here, and I feel guilty for recommending the practice to anyone. I’ve been going to Luxe Women’s Health for awhile now and I can truly say that Dr Jennifer has really taken care of me and I am so grateful to be feeling happy and healthy again. She AND her staff have been amazing, friendly and so helpful to me. I am happy with the service that I receive.
Dr. Jen is very knowledgeable and take time to explain options, treatments and processes.
Jen could be wonderful, I will never know because it’s impossible to deal with the scheduling staff. I made an appointment online. Shortly after making the appointment I started receiving multiple phone calls. Now, I’m extremely busy at work and can’t just step out of meetings to answer calls. Since I wasn’t able to respond to them quickly enough, they canceled my appointment. Ok, I finally had a minute to call them back.
