Very professional, but very quick and matter of fact. The "do you have any other questions" never came up. I did have questions but didn't feel like there was time? Maybe the appointment I scheduled wasn't for questions? I'm not sure. Front desk was 10/10 very friendly
Horrible customer service by the people who answer the phones im hoping this is not indicative of how the doctors are here may need to take my mom to a different practice. What happened to the days of clinic staff actually offering some sort of customer service.
As someone facing some very serious medical challenges, all I wanted was to get in and talk about some of the things that are happening. What I was met with was a person calling me obviously overseas not even in The office the woman did not ask me anything that was going on. She immediately went into payment and how I must pay in full at the time of visit. OK no problem but where are the questions about what’s going on? The process to establish care was lengthy for a standard visit - yet the visit was great and very worthwhile to learn more about Women's Health and options available for treatment and care. Thank you!
When you walk through the doors, you'll feel a pleasing and peaceful atmosphere. Everyone is attentive and skilled. The Dr. is knowledgable and helpful in explaining options and the processes to accomplish my goals. I really like this office and doctor.
