I felt like Jennifer and her staff were kind. However, the office seems to have prioritized maximizing insurance billing over patient care. My first red flag should have been that they require are card on file, and all appointments are prepaid. I went in for an annual. but also wanted bloodwork for hormone testing. Professional, thorough, highly communicative, and caring. That’s how I’d describe my first visit. I am generally very healthy, and looking for a place where I’m more than a number for an annual physical. I focus on prevention and proactive efforts and need a provider who values these as much as I do (not waiting for problems to solve; but anticipates whats ahead to avoid problems). I’m sure I’m going to love Jennifer and her team.
Jennifer is kind, caring and compassionate she has helped me through the hardest time in my life hip pain that I have been trying to get diagnosed for a few years it was all caused from lack of hormones I’m Pain Free. Thank You from the bottom of my heart, Norina Applegate
Dr. Jennifer was incredible. Listened to me, my symptoms, and very reassuring. Office staff was great. Helped with paperwork. Very friendly.
As a healthcare professional, I cannot recommend Luxe. Jennifer seems very knowledgeable. HOWEVER, I do not accept their business practices. I was informed that I would need to make yet another telehealth appt to renew my Progesterone prescription even though I had just seen Jennifer for my pellets 3 weeks earlier AND had an upcoming "well woman" visit. I already pay an additional $50 on top of the pellets because she is "prescribing Progesterone". I have had 5 appts in just over 3 months and they want another $50 co-pay and... read more
