I reached out to this nail salon multiple times to try to receive a quote on services. To which you all repeatedly ignored me. Super unprofessional and you lost what likely would have been a very consistent repeat client. Edit to your response: I reached out on social media multiple times. My messages were absolutely read and just not responded to which is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I did not call cause I have extreme anxiety on phone calls.
They always do such a nice job on my nails!
Just don’t understand why it’s $15 to cut cuticles if I asked for a manicure. Any hand procedure should include cutting cuticles
Hands down, the best nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is extremely caring and thoughtful. I’ve always been a salon hopper since I don’t get my nails done often. But I am grateful I have never had a bad experience here. I always get a choice of what scented scrub I prefer, conversations go well, and the designs I have gotten from time to time have always involved great communication with the nail tech in creating something I’m satisfied with.
Absolutely recommend this place over White Lotus. The nail techs are properly trained and are very professional and kind. The price is also more affordable than nearby places. Definitely coming back here.
