Very disappointed. Don’t waste your $ if you’re looking for hair color. I Have been coming here to see Chloe since January. I found her on Facebook. First time I ever walked in the salon I told her right off the bat I want to be ash blonde. Showed pictures of what I wanted each time I went. What did I walk out with? Orange highlights.
