Five is not enough stars to describe our experience with Jay Martinez. We sold a home from out of state and needed to rely on Jay for assessments, advice and connection to vendors. He was completely focused on our property, was very efficient and gave us excellent renovation and pricing advice in a hard market. We can't recommend him highly enough to capture our great experience and one of us is a realtor in another state!!
