Ru is simply the best! She is so personable and friendly, she makes you feel comfortable immediately! The best part about getting a service done by her is her knowledge and skill for everything she does, i get my lashes and eyebrows done by her and im OBSESSED i’ve never had a lash artist who cares so deeply about their work!! if you ever want to get your eyelashes or eyebrows done you NEED TO BOOK WITH RU!!!
This was the first place I tried for lash extensions and I have to say I don' t think I have been to a studio with so much unprofessionalism. I made an appointment for 10 am and took off work to make sure I was on time and prepared. I go downtown and struggle to find parking due to the construction and then also have issues finding the front door because the sidewalks are closed. I got my lashes done, as well as a brow waxing for the first time ever with Ru around a week ago and I could not be more happy!!
