I did my lashes and my eyebrows she has zero customer service she gave me scar while she was doing my eyebrows she was not apologetic she started blaming me my skin saying its soft She charged me the full amount
Ru is simply the best! She is so personable and friendly, she makes you feel comfortable immediately! The best part about getting a service done by her is her knowledge and skill for everything she does, i get my lashes and eyebrows done by her and im OBSESSED i’ve never had a lash artist who cares so deeply about their work!! if you ever want to get your eyelashes or eyebrows done you NEED TO BOOK WITH RU!!!
This was the first place I tried for lash extensions and I have to say I don' t think I have been to a studio with so much unprofessionalism. I made an appointment for 10 am and took off work to make sure I was on time and prepared. I go downtown and struggle to find parking due to the construction and then also have issues finding the front door because the sidewalks are closed. I figure because I am early I can figure it out but I could not get a hold of anyone for directions so I spent 15 mins walking around the building.... read more
