Reba was great to work with- she was great and clearly explained the process and guiding us through it (as it was our first time buying a home). It was a sought after home/farm style property and things got exciting towards the end where other buyers were interested in the property but she shepherded us through the process and helped us negotiate. She has great and charmed the listing agent. We ended up getting an awesome deal due to her negotiation skills and strategy! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
