Luxe amazed me by their commitment to customer service--from presenting me with a wide assortment of great frames to the tremendous care they took in perfecting my very tricky prescription. It's a team effort, and their ability to coordinate with each other through every step of the process is truly impressive. I plan on recommending Luxe as widely as I can (without seeming freakish).
Professional and super friendly staff! I could have hung out with them all day! Very thorough eye exam. I liked every pair of glasses in the store! When does that happen? I love my glasses!!!

I lasted 45 years, but thanks to Steve Jobs, late-night reading, and age I finally had to get glasses. (First I had to conquer my denial.) This would have been a traumatic experience were it not for Laurie and her staff at Luxe Optique.

My first eye exam (and I was a baby about it) and they were super friendly and made sure I was completely comfortable. It was easy, quick and with great staff. The selections were amazing at a great price and the staff was more than helpful, especially when it took me forever to pick out the right pair of glasses! After many tries and a thorough re-examination, I finally have glasses that I can see out of!! Wow! The caring service provided by the staff here is top notch! Can't recommend them highly enough.
