Luxe is a very friendly environment that does quality work, at times, busy, but worth the wait.
I went in for an acrylic soak off and instead they proceeded to literally painfully rip my nails off. my nails are now extremely damaged and bleeding. it was honestly just laziness as the lady told me it would “take too long to soak them”, mind you the salon was DEAD, one other customer and there was absolutely no need to rush. she knew she was hurting me and rather than doing the right thing she proceeded to injure me more and cause damage to my otherwise healthy nails. lazy people.
