This place is the best!! Their customer service is unmatched and their work is even better. Lisa at the front desk is awesome and always trying to help. Christina & James are amazing and always do such a good job on my nails.
EDIT: Bernadette the owner reached out to me personally to understand the full story of what happened. She apologized and stared that she will address the problem with those two nail technicians and offered for me to come in and be placed with a different nail technician and have my nails fixed for free. I went in today and had Christina do my nails, new photo posted, I am happy with the work she did the color is almost exactly the photo I showed her. New ownership has really downgraded the place. Not worth going to anymore. I had been a 10+ year loyal customer. They double booked me last time and made me wait. This time they tried putting me with someone else. They said “sorry, we double booked again”. I see the same person every time. They know that. This is multiple weeks in a row. Extremely unprofessional. They expect you to wait hours. I will not be returning. They offer nothing when they make a mistake and expect you to wait for hours. Deplorable service.
