I have been going to Luxe nails for the last 3 years and typically had amazing service. I had my appointment roughly a week and a half ago for a cat eye gel manicure - my nail technician had no idea how to do the cat eye. I ended up getting an inconsistent manicure and was charged for the full gel and cat eye service. It was not great. A friend and I went for 2 pedicures, mine was gel. I was finished before my friend who received a regular pedicure. I was nicked a couple of times and my lady was very rough, she also kept touching my toes with the gel lamp. She didn’t even look at me or say hello when I sat down. Will not be going back.
First time here and I’ll definitely be back! I got a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure and was so happy with both. They paid such great attention to detail and everything came out perfect! I’m new to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon, so I’m really glad I found this place. Definitely my new go-to!
I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year and a half and love the service every time! Dara and Ken are amazing, although you can’t go wrong with anyone here! The nail technicians are professional, attentive, and caring. And there is free parking in the back, which is typically rare to find in Old Town. Thank you, Luxe Nails & Spa!
