I haven’t gotten my nails done in a very long time and I chose to go to this place since I was out in the area. I will never again come here! I’m pretty sure the lady that did my toes and nails is the owner and so is her husband , who did the design on my nails. Both my toes and my nails looks like a four year-old did them. When I told him I didn’t like the design twice, he threw his brush! Very unprofessional, especially as an owner!! I went to my old nail shop an hour later and had them completely redo it!
Asked for “short ballerina” nails in first pic, and this is what I got in second pic. While staff were exceptionally kind and professional and did everything I asked. I did not like the look. I have small skinny nails, these are fat. Perhaps if they were filed slimmer… I don’t know. I would still go here for gels or short nails because of the staff. Not sure I will try longer nails.
Brought my newly 3 year old in to get her toes done and the lady was super sweet and patient with her! Everyone we saw (my mom, my toddler, myself) was super nice! Walked in on a Sunday without an appointment and got seen quickly! Our nails looked great!
Usually have a great experience here. The staff is usually incredibly friendly and helpful. I don't request a specific nail technician because everyone has done an excellent job. Jessica, especially, has been incredible the few times she has completed my service. Unfortunately, my nail technician at this appointment did not follow suite. They were very gentle with my fingers didn't talk much but that's ok loved my nails in the end looks just like my inspo picture
