Used to love this place but it is not the same anymore as staff has shifted. My cuticles were just brutalized by a nail drill for the last 45min and I only have like 2 fingers without blood on them. I'm a passive person so I never say anything or complain in person but I'm extremely frustrated. Every finger is a huge infection waiting to happen now. Service was horrible and service was rushed. They spoke badly about all the customers in their language. HORRIBLE.
I have gone there several times and never greeted and one final day I came with my mother to give her a pedicure and paid for both gave tip to my guy and truly forgot about her nail person and then ran after me for a tip like I didn’t pay at all.. very embarrassing! Will not go back
First time coming to this salon i got a manicure nail dip. I felt welcomed not like other salons were they look at you and judge you by your looks but this was not the case here. I love my nails and the attention and massage at the end, I will be coming here next time. Thank you!
