Discriminatory service. I had to wait 20 minutes to get started and then she left to do someone else’s nails and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes with no explanation. They. Act as if they do not know the language and can’t answer my concerns. Hmmmm. Funny. I was the only one made to wait as they serviced 4 other customers and I was the only one in there of color. Not a good work ethic. I forgot to mention the 3 on their phones while I waited. Do not recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid for a pedicure that included a massage and a scrub, and I did not receive either service. There was no explanation or offer to make it right. What made the experience even worse was what happened at checkout. I tipped 19%, and the man who rang me up looked at the tip and said “only that for tip?” That comment was inappropriate, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional — especially considering the service I received was incomplete.
