Today I went to Luxe Nails as I had my nails done at another shop early in the day and was not happy with the finish. The ladies at Luxe made me feel comfortable and addressed my concerns, Listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly! I had a photo and it couldn’t have been a better match to what I wanted! I will be going back.
Worst experience have been going to you for years last two times rude staff my daughter had infill and 1hour and 15 minutes late crocked nails and I have bumps and uneven nails never again
I had the worst experience at this nail salon and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. The customer service was absolutely awful from the moment I walked in. The lady doing my nails barely acknowledged me, didn't pay attention to what I wanted, and seemed more interested in rushing through my pedicure than actually providing good service. I was charged $40 for a basic pedicure, which was completely overpriced and nothing special. I have been coming here for around a year and a half for a pedicure. Yesterday I got a pedicure and the lady doing my toes was digging around my toe to remove skin. She was literally ripping my skin and dissecting my nail bed! I told her that it hurts and to stop and she kept on going. Today I woke up and my nail is oozing and crusty. They don’t call these kinds of salons chop shops for nothing. After that experience I will no longer be going to a nail salon at all and have purchased my own gel polish to do it my self.
