I’ve never left a negative review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the exceptionally poor customer service I received. I was assigned a technician for my pedicure who started off doing a great job. However, midway through, the manager abruptly reassigned her to another client and replaced her with a different technician. I had such a great experience here! The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully kept. The staff were welcoming and professional, and they really took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect.

I was a little hesitant to try Luxe Nails because of some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I did! I booked a full set of gel nails and ended up adding a pedicure. Mimi was amazing! meticulous, detail-oriented, and so sweet. My nails and toes look perfect! I’ll definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her. Thank you Mimi!!
