My FAVORITE place to get my nails done. They listen to what it is I’m asking for, and make sure to do it to the best of their ability, always making sure we’re on the same page with what it is I want to get done. Not to mention they’re very gentle!! I’ve gone to nail salons before that left me bleeding. I’ve been here countless times over the past 3 years and never once had a bad experience.
I am not happy with my nails Camtien was rushing me when she was doing my nails and couldn’t match my color, also one of my nail is no well done is no solid it has some areas where she didn’t do well my refills. Not happy at all
UPDATE: I’ll reiterate since the owner felt the need to respond. I REQUESTED TO HAVE MY NAILS SOAKED OFF, WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO POP MY NAILS OFF? There are numerous one star reviews concerning the lack of professionalism and quality of work. And all the owner does is respond and further confirm the allegations. I have been going to Luxe every few weeks since moving to Stafford almost a year ago. Ivy is the best! I like my nails to be short and natural and they are perfect every time. Ivy, Ken, and the entire staff are so friendly and welcoming!
The owner, Ivy, has been doing my pedicures for 15 years, first as the owner of Harmony and now Lux. I have been to other salons and none compare to the service and quality you get at Lux. Hands down the best salon that I have been to and I will keep going to!! Mark
