The service here was decent when they first opened, but lately it has been terrible, and I never leave without feeling frustrated. They consistently overbook appointments while still accepting walk-ins, resulting in extremely long wait times. By the time you’re finally serviced, everything feels rushed and the quality of the work suffers immensely just about every time I’ve visited. Horrible. Went in for a basic mannie. Put lotion on my not washed hands , then put a hot towel. No massage. Then put gel nail polish on my nails which never dries. To me no worries on paying first . I said ok. My nails lasted 2 mins. Chipped the next day. Had to removea all. And could not get it off beacuse she used gel polish. what a waste of time and money.

Just had a lemongrass and ginger spa pedicure with Kathy, this was my first time there, she did really good job. She was very nice, thorough and massage felt great! I will be returning to her!
Would give it 0 if I could. Walked in with my mom for a relaxing evening out, mostly looking to check out the new place and make an appointment for later. I had no experience with nails as it was our first time. After asking two questions, front desk guy replied “Are you going to get anything or not?” in a very rude manner. Proceeded to glare at us in silence. If you’re looking for costumer service, this is not the place. I left shortly after without saying a word as to not escalate the situation.
