Not only did he cut me & make me bleed but didn’t even say sorry or clean up the blood and he was rude and even after removing this bs myself they still charged me $20 lol for what ? idk lolll but that’s him right there

I’ve never taken the time to leave a bad review I felt this was necessary. I walked into Luxe at 6PM on 3/8/25, It was at night so I didn’t notice until I got home at how poorly they painted my nails. They painted over dust from filing the acrylics I had on off, gel on my skin, and one of my nails wasn’t cured properly which is a HEALTH HAZARD. I used to enjoy coming to this salon, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Over the years, I’ve had pedicures, manicures, full sets, and nail art services here, but the quality has significantly declined. If you’re lucky enough to get a skilled nail tech, you might leave with a set you’re happy with. However, more often than not, you’ll experience rushed and inconsistent service.
