I went here for the first time last week because it’s near my work and my regular place I go to is about a 15 min drive and it’s always been worth it, I’ve never been disappointed with them. I looked up their hours before heading over to get a mani and pedi for a gala I had the next day. I got there at 4:30pm on Wednesday Sept 24th. They are listed as open until 7:30pm. As I was walking up, the entire staff came walking out. They all looked at me and one man said “oh, we’re closing” I confused said “okay…?” While looking over at their listed hours and reading 7:30, again. this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My Jell-O acrylics that were $56 did not even last four days before two nails completely popped off. I went to go get them fixed and they tried to charge me $60 to fix them. I told them I was not going to pay for that and so they have asked repainted my nails, extremely crooked and got the gel on my skin. They didn’t even put acrylic on. Had an excellent experience as a walk-in. There was no wait. My tech was very attentive. She asked about length and shape preferences, which doesn’t always happen. I absolutely LOVE update!!
