this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My Jell-O acrylics that were $56 did not even last four days before two nails completely popped off. I went to go get them fixed and they tried to charge me $60 to fix them. I told them I was not going to pay for that and so they have asked repainted my nails, extremely crooked and got the gel on my skin. They didn’t even put acrylic on. Had an excellent experience as a walk-in. There was no wait. My tech was very attentive. She asked about length and shape preferences, which doesn’t always happen. I absolutely LOVE update!!
Needed an update on my gel polish and my usual salon was booked out. The tech asked for my hand and started removing my polish before I had committed. As she worked I could see the white powdering residue on her tools from doing other people's nails. She spoke to a coworker in her native language the whole time until some friends came in. Then she was all service to them (would you like water? coffee?), all while working on my nails.
