My wife prefers this nail salon over others in the area. I take her here about once a month. They are always very easy to get an appointment with, very attentive to my wife’s special needs due to a stroke many years ago. They are patient and friendly, always go above and beyond what I expect.

I went and got builder gel on my nails. The nails look great but the tech made my ring finger bleed by ripping out a hang nail. Now seems to be getting infected. I had mentioned I didn't want the manicure, just the builder gel. They continued to do and charge for the manicure anyway. The tech was also aware of my nail bleeding and no discount or anything was offered.

I’ve been to a few salons, but this one consistently makes me feel the most comfortable. I took my granddaughter and they made her feel like a princess. I had a little anxiety after a bad experience at another nail salon, but everyone here has been great.

You know what you said and that you shouldn’t have said it. Talking about your customers behind their backs and thinking nobody else is listening is absolutely a joke. Was a loyal customer- won’t be back.
