My daughter went here on Wednesday to get a manicure and pedicure before leaving for her cruise, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. They had two technicians working on her at the same time and the entire service was finished in about 20 minutes. It felt extremely rushed, and there was very little attention to detail. Came here for a pedicure and a full set, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The woman doing my toes was very aggressive and rough with the metal tools, and my toenails ended up uneven and not smooth. The process felt rushed and uncomfortable. I also got my nails done, but the technician seemed unsure how to do French tips even though I showed a couple of reference pictures.
