Do not come here especially on a Saturday or Sunday even with appointments especially don’t come without appointments you will be waiting 30 plus minutes this has happened multiple times times in he owner did not even apologize for me for having to wait She said they were running behind which means they over booked plus they’re prices are more expensive than other nail salons they do different designs which I never had done but be forewarned they will get you especially if you’re of color
I’m from out of town. I cannot review the entire business, but I can review my nail technician. Her name is Thy T. I went to Luxe Nails to get a polish change on my hands and toes. I had on a deep red color, and I wanted to change it to a glittery silver. I have to preface these comments by saying that I get regular nail polish. 1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. This place used to be good. I have been going for over a year and a half here. They fired a bunch of good nail techs and now they are short staffed and they over book appointments. They left my disabled mom sitting for 40 minutes alone when we both had appointments together. Then when I said something the owner said they could sit her now but they wouldn't do a good job.
