Chloe was amazing so nice and really made me feel comfortable
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely and unbelievably awful. To start, my appointment was at 10:30- I did not sit in a chair until 11:40. After they let the 3rd person who entered the shop in front of me, I gently spoke up and reminded them that my appointment was over an hour ago and the man apologized and let me be seated with someone.
