Never again! I have never in my 30 years getting my nails done with acrylic have been in so much pain! We also had an appt and 20 minutes later we sat in the chairs and THEN they thought we wanted a pedicure. I could go on and on but I am done.
Don’t bother making an appointment- it will not be honored. I left and walked right in at another salon.
This salon does a very average job for very high prices. They also do not listen to the customers. I asked my nail tech to trim my nails and he did. Then I asked him to trim them more and he said no. I work in an environment where I need short nails, I let it go but it was very weird. Then I tried to pay for myself and my daughter so I could go walk around and they wouldn’t let me. Overall a very weird experience, I would not recommend.
