Don’t bother making an appointment- it will not be honored. I left and walked right in at another salon.
This salon does a very average job for very high prices. They also do not listen to the customers. I asked my nail tech to trim my nails and he did. Then I asked him to trim them more and he said no. I work in an environment where I need short nails, I let it go but it was very weird. Then I tried to pay for myself and my daughter so I could go walk around and they wouldn’t let me. Overall a very weird experience, I would not recommend.
Terrible
Would have been $70 nails except they gave me $5 off for not being able to correct their mistake. Nail lady said it was my finger.. and she thought / made me out to be me being crazy infront the whole salon. Now, I have to stare at this crooked nail the whole vacation because I had to use a gift certificate that I bought.. I will never return. From the very beginning the lady was rude. The little girl beside me literally got the same nails and hers turned out 1000x times better for same price. No so “ luxe” for the experienc... read more
